It is compatible with all needle sizes, even works with the smallest-eyed 10-needle.

Personal Experience: When using smaller-eyed needles, gently pull the thread through the needle eye, and do not force it to avoid damaging the thin wire. Only use the appropriate number of strands for the needle size, e.g., for a size 10 needle, it's recommended to pull only 1 strand.
It's worth adding a little superglue to the end of the wire to reinforce its attachment to the needle threader.
