The spools can be used to wind DMC Mouliné threads, making storage easy.
The package contains 28 plastic spools, which can be reused multiple times. The thread color code can easily be written on them using an alcohol-based marker.

It's recommended to store them in a DMC storage box, which is also available for purchase here in the webshop.
